Shelli Craig is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering compassionate and evidence-based care for individuals of all ages. Her experience spans clinical environments, including inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs, allowing her to approach each patient with a well-rounded perspective and comprehensive understanding of their unique needs.

Shelli’s passion lies in supporting individuals as they navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, and more. She employs a patient-centered approach, integrating medication management with supportive coaching, ongoing education, and close collaboration with therapists. This blended strategy ensures whole-person, integrated care tailored to each individual's circumstances.

During her tenure at the Rose Street School Day Treatment Program, Shelli gained significant experience working with children and adolescents. This role enabled her to develop specialized knowledge in addressing developmental, behavioral, and school-related mental health needs, enhancing her ability to serve young patients and their families effectively.

Shelli brings extensive experience in treating adults with a wide range of mental health needs across various care settings. Her clinical background includes work in inpatient units, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient care. This depth of experience enables her to understand that each patient’s needs can change over time and to recognize when symptoms require more intensive support and collaborative care. Through her personalized care, she ensures that adults feel heard, supported, and confident as they work toward achieving stability and long-term wellness.

• Initial Psychiatric Evaluations: Comprehensive assessments to understand your mental health needs and develop a treatment plan.
   
• Follow-Up Medication Management: Ongoing care to monitor progress, adjust medications, and support overall well-being.
   
• Referrals for Psychiatric Testing: When additional diagnostic clarity is needed, we coordinate referrals for psychological or neuropsychological testing.
   
• Referrals for Psychotherapy: We work closely with trusted therapists and can help match you with the right provider for ongoing counseling or therapy.
